AO Driver Booklet

A printed onboarding booklet for AO, the UK's largest online white goods retailer, aimed at new delivery drivers joining the fleet. The illustrations walked through the process of a delivery shift: the steps, the expectations, the moments of contact with customers. The challenge was making a functional document feel human rather than bureaucratic: characters and scenarios that reflect what the job actually looks and feels like, rather than an instruction manual with pictures.
